STABILITY IS KEY: Our process creates shelf-stable 5.16 gallon, PET, Sanke D fitting, recyclable kegs of nitro coffee. They ship at ambient temperature and are flavor stabile for up to 90 days.
GOOD TO THE LAST DROP: Be assured that you can enjoy the entire 88 - 8oz servings by following the following steps.
Refrigerate as soon as practical and serve at a temperature between 35° - 40°F. Warm kegs will pour flatter than cold.
If the keg looses pressure and goes flat due to an inadequate N2 supply, simply pressurize, cool to serving temp, and shake/ agitate the keg to re-nitrogenate.
For dispensing, pressurize only with pure nitrogen (99.7% purity or better). CO2 and Beer Gas blends will harm the flavor profile. Set delivery pressure for 40 PSI (3 bars). Check hoses and clamps for leaks and tighten as necessary. This is a higher pressure than most beer systems are set for.
Dispense through a stainless steel, stout style faucet. The aerator within the faucet controls the flow and activates the nitrogen when pouring.
PET kegs are recyclable. Follow the deflation and disposal instructions on each box.
