    Description

    Starts runs,drives,shifts ,brakes ,are all good.brakes are a bit soft and for optimum performance could use addition of a proportion valve and rear disc. Conversion. Car runs on the warm side.shiter is finicky(has a reverse lock out which operates correctly. ) Is now a purpose built road course rally car. New 440 with not yet 500 city driven miles. Built for and entered in numerous rallys to include the la  Carrara de panamericanna . Has a  79 Camero front subframe and suspension with front disc brakes. ,  current engine is hardly broken in, hasa mild race cam not "rumpy" Forged pistons10 to 1 comp. harlan sharp roller rockers,oil & trans. Coolers. Complete msd ignition ( with a governing chip @ 144 mph. ) 8 3/4 Suregrip 323 geared rearend. Fuel cell (32 gal)  91 or better octane needed.frt buckets have been recovered in original DeSoto fabric, rear seat delete. Has a 6 point,120 wall roll cage ( bars open for normal entry)Dual elec. fuel pumps. Dual oil filters . Resto is dated as was done in mid 90'sthus the Simpson seatbelts and the window nets as well as other misc. That will likely need updated. Many new parts and replated chrome and trim as well as fresh finish (ghost flames on frt. Clip.) Was done.  Aside from a few very minor scratches and slight chips, car has been always garaged and finish has held up very well. She is super loud and draws out a crowd. Has the shortest pair of flow masters they made.Car is now in vermont.
